Acceptance of terms
By accessing WatchScope and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
Service description
WatchScope is a SaaS security monitoring platform for web agencies. It enables monitoring of client domains (SSL, DNS, email, reputation, subdomains, technologies), generating reports, and receiving real-time alerts.
Accounts and access
Access to WatchScope is subject to validation by the WatchScope team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. All activity performed from your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Billing and payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is made via Stripe. In case of non-payment, the service will be suspended after 7 days. No refunds are given for started periods, unless otherwise required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: • Use the service for illegal or unauthorised purposes • Scan domains you are not authorised to scan • Attempt to compromise the security of the platform • Resell access to the service without prior agreement • Use the service for spam or malicious activities
Intellectual property
WatchScope and all its components (code, design, brand, generated reports) are the exclusive property of WatchScope. Use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights over these elements. Reports generated for your clients belong to you.
Data and privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to such processing. You remain the owner of your data and may request its export or deletion at any time.
Limitation of liability
WatchScope provides the service 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the completeness of scan results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. WatchScope reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, without notice or refund.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. You will be informed by email 30 days before any substantial change. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
